As soon as we receive confirmation that we have received the item and that it is in perfect condition (unused, washed or damaged, with brand labels and original box included), we will then start the refund process back to the original method of payment.
The refund process may take about 10 working days after the item has been delivered. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 2 to 3 working days to be visible in your account. If you have received an automatic email from us confirming the refund, and you have not yet received the funds back into your account, please contact your bank.
