We have two options:
- you can create a customer account on our website, using with the same email address you have used to place your order. This way the system recognises your previous order and automatically adds it to your account, which you can then use every time you buy from Overcube. Check how you can create your account here. After you have created your account, you can initiate the return process for the order you wish to return.
- in case you do not wish to create a customer account with us, access the link below and fill in the steps and select the items you want to return.
