Buy it, try it, and if you don't like it or it doesn’t look as good as you wanted, send it back!
You have 30 days from your order delivery date to change your mind and return your item.
Remember that the products must be in perfect condition:
- Make sure that the item has no use marks and no visible damage;
- Make sure that the item is returned with the original label and, if applicable, brand accessories;
- Always with the original box.
Once the item you have returned has reached us, we will process your refund back into the original payment method. Please note that, depending on your bank, the amount may take a few days to be visible on your account.
If the returned items do not meet our return policy, we will only ship them back if provided with a proper shipping label by the customer. If you are not sure whether your return meets our policy, please contact us. We are happy to help and make sure everything goes smoothly with your return.
Only your item amount will be refunded - shipping costs will be refunded only in exceptional cases such as: the item shipped is damaged or does not match what you have ordered.
If you have requested to exchange the item, the refund will be processed through a voucher that you can discount on your next purchase. If you choose to redeem an Overcube voucher for your future purchase, you can check all the information you need here.
This process may take up to 10 business days after the order has been collected from the drop-off point.
