Returning with us is easy! You can send your return to the address on the label on the front of your parcel. Please make sure to keep proof of postage for any returns. If you did receive a return label enclosed in your Overcube box, please feel free to use the pre-paid return label.
Once you've initiated the return, you will receive an email with extra information on how to return the item.
